Discipline 1: Pastor Health & Holiness

Goals

- Regularly meet with a spiritual director, and regularly participate in the Sacrament of Penance.

- Have regular priestly fellowship.  Participate in a peer-support.

- Make an annual retreat.

- Engage in the Four Dimensions of Lifelong Formation (Human, Intellectual, Spiritual, and Pastoral).

- Establish and maintain overall spiritual, physical, and emotional health
